The basis for processing these personal data is the fulfillment of a task of general interest, namely providing information about the public tasks of Digitalnorthsea.nl
Recipients of the personal data
Your personal data will only be provided to Rijkswaterstaat employees or companies with expertise in the field of your request, who will answer your question on behalf of Rijkswaterstaat. If your question belongs to another ministry or province, we ask you to contact them yourself.
Retention period
We do not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose of data processing and we comply with the GDPR and the Archives Act.
Rights
You have the right to request Digitalnorthsea.nl to view, correct and delete your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, to request restriction of processing or to transfer your personal data.
You can send a request to the editorial staff of Digitalnorthsea.nl via the contact form. Please indicate clearly on the form which right you request to exercise and in any case enter your name and contact details. We will ask you to identify yourself with a copy of a valid ID. You can make the photo and the citizen service number (BSN) unreadable. The Central Government's Kopie-ID app can be helpful with this.
Complains
If you have a complaint, you can submit it to the Rijkswaterstaat privacy coordinators. You can contact the privacy coordinators using the contact form. Of course you also have the right to do this with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
